Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
